Als Nasentropfen-Süchtiger fand ich diese Webseite. Seit langer Zeit versuche ich mich davon abzulösen, schlief sogar fast im Sitzen, wagte es nicht ins Bett zu gehen vor Angst keine Luft mehr zu bekommen.
